Mentors work with teams during the Hackathon, helping them examine key assumptions, identify gaps and strengthen their proposals. They advise the teams but do not develop the solutions on their behalf.
The Jury evaluates the final submissions against the published Hackathon criteria, including municipal relevance, sustainability, inclusion, feasibility, quality of place, implementation potential and team capacity.
Community representatives bring local priorities, context and implementation needs into the Hackathon, helping teams work with real recovery challenges.
